By creating an account or using GoAskBob, you agree to these terms. If you’re signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for that business. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
GoAskBob is a software service that helps your team find answers from your own documented knowledge. Bob’s answers are generated from the information you give him — they are not professional, legal, financial, or any other kind of expert advice. Always use your own judgment for important decisions.
You agree to use Bob lawfully and fairly. That means not using GoAskBob to store or share illegal content, to harass anyone, to break Slack’s or Google’s terms, or to do anything harmful or abusive. You’re responsible for the documents and knowledge you connect and for keeping your account credentials secure.
We work hard to keep GoAskBob running smoothly and to fix problems quickly. That said, we provide the service on a best-efforts basis and can’t guarantee it will be available without interruption or completely error-free. We may occasionally need to take it down for maintenance.
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD. You can cancel any time, and you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don’t offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change, but we’ll always give you notice before a change affects you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoAskBob and Byte Sized Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms as GoAskBob grows. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
